| Ms. Mitsunobu has extensive experience and a diverse background in the life-science industry in the United States and Japan. She has worked for large, medium, and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the field of business development, alliance management, international marketing, and business planning. Ms. Mitsunobu has established excellent working relationships with Japan’s largest pharmaceutical companies. |

| Prior to establishing UpWell in 2005, Ms. Mitsunobu served as Director of Alliance Management and Business Development at Peninsula Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. As a key contact for all alliance programs, she developed and implemented the strategic alliance function at Peninsula and managed cross-functional projects involving business development, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, and finance. She led Peninsula’s successful strategic alliance with Shionogi & Co., Ltd. and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd. In addition, she was also involved in various business activities including exploring in-licensing opportunities and collaborations with a number of major Japanese pharmaceuticals companies. |

| Prior to joining Peninsula, Ms. Mitsunobu worked at several large Japanese pharmaceutical companies, including Daiichi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Eli Lilly Japan, K.K. She held various responsibilities in international business planning, marketing, and clinical research and development. Ms. Mitsunobu received her bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science from Kobe Pharmaceutical University in Japan and worked for two and half years as a pharmacist. |

| Ms. Mitsunobu has spent the majority of her life in Japan. She writes and speaks fluent conversational and scientific English and Japanese. She has been living in the United States for five years |
